Getting Started
This site supports the Amelia Island Genealogical Society's efforts to help people interested in the peoples of Nassau County Florida and their genealogy and history . The Amelia Island Genealogical Society extends our thanks to Lori Bragg for her pioneering work in establishing this site for Nassau County Florida. We will continue to add records, history, links and pictures as we find them. If you have anything you would like to donate, please contact us through the email at the bottom of every page.
-
The Records area has indexes for primary records to ease your research.
-
The People area is focused on our ancestors, stories of their events in their lives, families that founded Nassau County and pictures of their faces.
-
In Places you will find a Florida county map, a map of Spanish Florida, and in the future, hopefully, historical pictures of how the county looked when our ancestors lived here.
